PNU ECOSYSTEM CENTER CONDUCTS AI INTEGRATION TRAINING FOR EDUCATORS

Advanced training courses on the topic “Integration of Artificial Intelligence into the Educational Process: From Theory to Practice” have been completed for scientific and pedagogical staff teaching in vocational and higher education institutions. The courses were conducted as part of the implementation of the “Regulations on the Policy of Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence Technologies” (Order of the Acting Rector of KNUVS No. 820, dated September 15, 2025) and took place at the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies “PNU EcoSystem” from October 27 to November 3, 2025. A total of 55 participants took part in the distance learning courses, the majority of whom were lecturers from Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University and Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University.

The training sessions introduced innovative digital tools and resources for the use of artificial intelligence in scientific and professional-pedagogical activities. The course program aims to enhance creative, information and communication, and media and digital competencies, specifically developing the ability to analyse the opportunities, challenges, and ethical aspects of AI application in education (Professor Olena Budnyk), formulate effective queries for AI tools (prompt engineering) to create and adapt educational content (Associate Professor Viktoria Gnezdilova); and integrate the fundamentals of media and infomedia literacy with AI into the educational process (Professor Inna Chervinska), use modern digital services for scientific research, publication analysis, and text processing (Professor Tetiana Kachak); design educational courses using AI to optimize the learning process (Associate Professor Kateryna Fomin); create and adapt multimedia educational content using generative AI tools and gaming technologies (Associate Professor Tetiana Mykytyn); personalizing learning with AI to tailor students’ academic trajectories (Associate Professor Tetiana Blyznyuk); implementing AI in distance and blended learning for students to monitor progress, automatic assessment, and formative feedback (PhD student Oleksandr Vetoshkin), etc.

All participants will receive certificates of professional development for 30 academic hours (1.0 ECTS credit) in accordance with the course program.
