From November 17 to 21, 2025, advanced training courses were held for teaching staff providing education at vocational pre-higher education institutions. The topic was “Integration of Artificial Intelligence into the Educational Process: From Theory to Practice,” organized by the team of the Center for Innovative Educational Technologies “PNU EcoSystem.” Seventeen participants – lecturers from Vocational College No. 7 in Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region – were involved in the courses, which were conducted in a blended format.
The training sessions, featuring Professor Olena Budnyk, Associate Professors Kateryna Fomin, and Tetiana Mykytyn, showcased innovative tools for utilizing artificial intelligence in professional and pedagogical activities. The course program aimed to enhance participants’ innovative, information and communication, and digital competencies, specifically focusing on the ability to: analyze the opportunities, challenges, and ethical aspects of AI application in education; formulate effective prompts for AI tools (prompt engineering) to create and adapt educational content; design educational courses with the use of AI to optimize the learning process; create and adapt multimedia educational content using generative AI tools and gamification technologies, among others/
All participants successfully completed the course program and received Certificates of Advanced Training for 30 academic hours (1.0 ECTS credit).
